Shipping

New Zealand – orders will ship locally via a tracked service with NZ Post and usually take 2 days.

South Africa – we hold some stock for South African orders at our dispatch office in Johannesburg. Orders will generally ship locally via a tracked service with Postnet/Aramex and usually take 2 days. Occasionally, if an item is not in stock in JHB, we will ship it to you directly (duties paid) from New Zealand. Alternatively, we may send your order with the next bulk shipment, resulting in a slight delay in final delivery. We will of course communicate this to you as soon as possible.

United States – orders will ship via NZ Post, with USPS completing the final delivery once your package reaches the United States. US customers pay duty for their shipment at checkout, so you will not have to pay any further fees once the package has shipped. Shipping is trached and takes between 5-15 working days.

Rest of the world – large orders (watches) will ship internationally via a tracked service with DHL and usually take 2-4  working days. Small orders (straps and accessories) will ship with NZ Post (Airmail). These packages will come through your local courier channels. In most countries, the package can be tracked all the way, but a few locations do not offer tracking. Airmail packages may take up to 4 weeks, but typically within a week. You may cancel your order any time before delivery for a full refund by emailing or contacting us. If you cancel after the item has been shipped, we will still refund you, less the return shipping fee. See our return policy for more info.
